The Weirdness Continues...

I have a lot of fun scrapping, mainly because I have such a wacky family. Here are two more pages I made recently. This one, for this week's How Much Is Too Much? challenge, which was to use 5 different patterned papers, 4 pieces of chipboard (I cheated and added an exclamation point), 3 rub-ons, 2 clear elements, and 1 piece of ephemera or non-scrapbooking item:

And this one, which I made for the Color Combos Galore blog. These were photos my sister had taken of my nephew when she went to his kindergarten class to do a holiday project. She had the kids do "naughty" and "nice" poses. I love the look on his face, so I decided I needed these photos for my silly family photos album:

I've got a weird family!

So, we celebrated Mother's Day at Mom's last weekend, and of course Mom had to buy presents for the kids. Christian got a gigantic bottle of bubbles and proceeded to fill the front yeard with bubbles. Next thing we know, Dan is hollering, "We've got a boobie bubble city out here!" Sure enough, there were boobie bubbles all over the sidewalk. Here's the layout I made to memorialize this strange holiday. I made it for this week's colors on the Color Combos Galore blog.

Sketch This! (and maybe win!)

If you haven't tried Janelle Richmond's sketches on her Sketch This! blog, they're really fun. Her sketches are very versatile, and I've enjoyed using them over the past 50 weeks. For her 50th sketch, there's going to be a prize, and you can be eligible if you make a layout and link it to her blog, so head over to the Sketch This! blog and check it out. Here's my page based on Janelle's latest sketch:

And here's the sketch:
