I can't believe it's been ten years since September 11. It makes me so sad thinking about that day. I made this layout five years ago. I chose the BasicGrey because of the distressing and the circle that looked like a setting sun.

We need to never forget what happened that day.

Hi Debbi, hope you are well and enjoying the new school year, such a precious post and my heart goes out to all who lost their lives or a loved one on that fateful day, take care, Doreen x
A beautiful post Debbi. It must be such a hard day for all those who lost loved ones 10 years ago. I guess we all remember that day so well. I am in Canada and still felt so scared that day. I reluctantly dropped my girls to junior high and elementary where I was to volunteer in the library. All our kids heard the news before coming to school that day. We put the t.v on in the library when there were no classes in and the teachers would all pop up as they could for updates. That tragic event threw us totally off. Thanks for sharing this LO.
Beautiful post Debbi!!! And a wonderful lo.
That video was just chilling but beautiful.
Your page is just perfect and the journaling gave me chills.
We witnessed it in Australia late at night (heavily pregnant wondering what sort of world I was bringing my child into) so we watched as it happened but I can only imagine it from your end being at school and having to carry on your day for those children left at school.
It is not something I will ever forget.
a heartfelt post Debbi, an amazing time and so many people's lives have been affected by this horrific act of violence... our precious son had been killed on his motorbike only months before .. a time of extreme grief for us...
love and hugz to you and hope you are enjoying your new school .. take care sweetness .. xo

Beautifully poignant journaling Debbi!
Even after ten years it still shocks me to the core.
