Bubbly {CSI Case File No. 8}

It's been such a hectic week and I haven't had a spare minute to post my latest layout I made for CSI. I LOVE the colors this week:

Here's my page. I made it for my friend. I'd been having some difficulties with my printer, and I realized once I had my layout all photographed and uploaded how off I am with the yellow. But my friend loves the page, so that makes me happy.

I found this awesome sketch to use:

The clues I used from the Case File: Evidence: stars, glass-like elements, something that sparkles, embellishment slice, and solid background. Testimony: 3 quirky factoids and inspiration word: effervescent (but I had a hard time fitting that large word on my 8 x 8 page, so I used a synonym).

Here are some details. Papers I used include American Crafts, Luxe Designs, K&Company, and October Afternoon.

I tucked three journaling spots behind the photo listing some sweet little quirky stories showing my friend's son's bubbly side.

I inked and added sparkles to the Thickers.

Here are some of my glass-like accents that I also thought seemed bubbly--old MOD epoxy stickers (which I've had for ages) and glass gems by Making Memories, I believe. This photo shows my "embellishment slice."
