I made another page for my friend whose mom recently passed away. It was their last vacation together, just this past summer.
Clues I used...Evidence: wood, string, jewels, leather, jagged edge, something sheer, eyelets; Testimony: document a getaway (I'm going to let Kathy do the journaling, so tucked in two tags).
I tucked some tags in so that Kathy can do her own journaling. That little tab is by October Afternoon. I used some old mulberry paper for the jagged edge part of the evidence, and added some jewels to the tab, another bit of evidence.
This arrow is cut out with my Silhouette Cameo. I've been trying to use it for every layout I make. Most of the papers I used are by My Mind's Eye, as is the transparent frame.
The "vacation" transparency is by Making Memories.
I used a Crafter's Workshop template and some texture past to make these dots. Once they were dry, I used gray and blue chalk to add some color. The corrugated vellum was a scrap I found on my desk. I tore it in half to make more jagged edges and added it to the top and bottom.
You must go check out what the rest of the team and our guest designers made. So wonderful seeing so many different interpretations of the same sketch and Case File clues.
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and reading about my page!
