I'm up on the Paper Issues blog today. I created another layout to give to one of my students. Here's my post:
Hey, Paper Issues friends! Debbi here with an adventurous challenge called Background Noise, which asks us to create our own background with paints, inks, stamps, etc. I used watercolor paint and ink to create my background.

After creating my background, the elements seemed to be getting lost, so I decided I needed to layer the Hip to Be Square free cut file over the top of the background using white cardstock. Then that seemed to be getting lost, so I cut another Hip to Be Square the same size in black cardstock and layered it, a little offset. That did the trick.
Most everything on my page is from Simple Stories Lil' Dude collection.
I gave this fun robot die cut some extra dimension with adhesive foam.
I hope you'll join me in this fun Background Noise adventure and share your creation in our Facebook group for a chance to win a gift card to the Paper Issues store.
While you're checking out the countless free cut files, check out all the latest and greatest new stuff in the store. Use my code Debbi (no e on the end), and you'll get 20% off your entire purchase!
