The chipboard pieces that came in the kit are so cute. Love this little pink mixer.
And how adorable is this pink apron! The numbers signify my date and were cut from a Jenni Bowlin bingo card. I managed to use some of my old Prima flowers on here. The yellow border sticker is from Crate Paper's Restoration line.
Trish included these cute donut epoxy stickers in the kit. And that rolling pin and "made by" label were perfect to add my sister's name.
The vintage cake image came from The Graphics Fairy (my new best friend). How nifty are those glass pebbles--they came in the WIP Project kit.
The little famed flower accent is a BasicGrey "small details" element, which also came in the kit. You can see I tucked a piece of the Jenni Bowlin bingo card behind the photo mat.
The February WIP kits were so much fun to play with. So many fun little details packed into those kits! Thank you for stopping by my blog and reading about my layout!
what an awesome page. love all the fun embellies.
Hi Debbie. Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my LO and card at Color Combos Galore. You made me feel very welcome.
Your work is really awesome. Will definitely back for more visits to your blog. :)
This LO is so sweet and that cake is making me hungry!! I love how you have so many layers and great embellishments on each page. It still amazes me that you work in 8x8. Just love your stuff!! :)
Another darling layout!! I just love how you do all the layering. Your blog has become one of the first I check everyday!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful work, and thanks for the inspiration :)
Love the chipboards in the kit. Soo cute. I love this page. The colours and pp and the touch of yellow look great. And as for that cake, mmmmmmmm mmmm, your sister sure does make a great cake. Now my twins are turning 7 on Sunday, could she whip something up for me.....lol.
This page is super cute Deb, love it. So need those chipboards for when I do my recipe album. You rocked the whole page.
Thanks for visiting my blog and for your sweet comment about my son's valentine's day card. I knew from your blog that you taught school, but didn't know it was 5th grade. Oh how I feel for you. LOL
Thanks again for all the inspiration I find here on your blog :)
WOW this is too cool, loving this page sooo yummy!
Oooh, another great layout, Debbi! How fun that your sister has become such the baker. And how perfect is this OA line for this! I always love how much detail you add to your work. That vintage cake from the Graphics Fairy just rocks. :)
You have mad layering and design skills, Debbi! If you ever have time someday, I'd love it if you'd do a step-by-step pictorial to show us your creative process and how you're able to make such incredible layouts, even on 8x8, with lots of layers and tons of interesting embellies! Your blog is definitely one of my first stops each day--I am in AWE!
