Dolphin Kisses {CSI Case File No. 183}

We've got a new Case File open for investigation at CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration:

Here's how I solved this Case File:

Clues I used: Evidence: stripes, clouds, fruit, negative space, leaves, metal, grid pattern, something see-through; Testmony: journal as conversation.

Here are some details. Blue paper is hard to match! There are a ton of aqua/turquoise papers, but not a bunch of true blues. The polka dot paper is an old Making Memories paper. The splashes were cut from an old American Crafts paper. The lemons were cut out of an old Jillibean Soup paper. I rescued a strip from an old Hambly overlay and stuck it at the bottom of the Fiskars-punched waves.

The text paper is by Ki Memories--super-duper old. That polka dot brad is also ancient--Bo Bunny. I love these Recollections flowers. They have a perfect tropical feel. The frame around my journaling is also old, by Making Memories. The rub-on heart speech bubble on the photo is by Simple Stories. I love these glass bubbles that look like water droplets. Wish I could find some more, but I got them from one of those dollar bins at Joann's a while back.

These clouds were cut out of an old Pebbles paper. The word stickers are by Simple stores and are fairly new.
