We've got a new Case File open for investigation at CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration:
Here's my page. Clues I used: Evidence - stripes, stars, hearts, ribbon, leaves, jars, tags, labels, stitching, decorative border, transparent item, rub-ons, snowflakes, holiday stuff. Testimony - Inspiration word: Delight
This photo of my friend's son is pure joy and delight! I was trying to figure out what products I was going to use on my layout when I spotted a pack of Fancy Pants Wish Season ephemera on my desk. I had recently bought this and hadn't yet put it away, and I'm so glad I didn't because the colors were all in that pack! Most of the items on my layout came from that ephemera pack.
Here are some details. The background was made with texture paste mixed with white acrylic paint and a stencil called The North Star by The Crafter's Workshop. How cute is that little polar bear puffy sticker? I got him from a shop on Etsy that ships from China. The jar was cut from an old Dear Lizzy paper. The leaves were made with a Martha Stewart punch. That embossed border tucked into the layers is also by Martha Stewart.
There's another polar bear from that same pack. He's really cute and is sitting on his bottom, but you can't see that part because I tucked him behind that label.
I hope you'll come play with us. This is a lovely nontraditional Christmas palette, but I think it's just perfect for winter/snow photos, and I bet a Christmas tree picture would look nice with this palette too. We've got some awesome sponsors donating prizes, for some extra incentive to play:

Love this page Debbie! Super cute photo and really good color combo.
Looks like you used at least half the ephemera pack here, hehe. And white on white background is cool too.
